Opera Wyoming hosts the Saturday Soiree at the Lyric May 22 (Oil City News File) CASPER, Wyo. — Opera Wyoming is staging Puccini's 'La Bohème' in Casper. One of the most well known operatic works, 'La Bohème' performances are scheduled on March 31 and April 2 at The Lyric in downtown Casper, according to a release from Opera Wyoming. '‘La Bohème' tells the heart-wrenching story of a group of young artists struggling to make ends meet while pursing their dreams,' the release said. 'Their friendships, romances and heartbreaks unfold in a series of breathtaking arias, duets and ensembles that have captivated audiences for over a century.
